Scheduling & queues
Posting schedules, the four scheduling actions and how the queue reflows.
Posting schedules
Each account has a weekly grid of time slots in its own timezone (Settings → account → Posting plan). The queue fills these slots automatically — your pipeline never runs dry and never double-posts.
The four scheduling actions
- Next available slot — the post joins the account's queue and takes the next free slot.
- Prioritize — jumps to the front; everything else shifts back one slot.
- Set date & time — pins the post to an exact moment; pinned posts are never moved by the queue.
- Now — publishes immediately.
The queue view
The Queue tab shows every upcoming slot per account — filled or empty. Reorder with the arrows, shuffle, or create a post straight into an empty slot. Editing the posting schedule reflows all queued posts automatically; pinned and already-published posts are untouched.
A post with multiple targets sits in the queue of ONE account (chosen in the composer); all its targets publish at the same time.
Missed slots
If publishing could not happen within two hours of the slot (provider outage, broken connection), the post is marked failed instead of going out stale — retry it after fixing the cause.
